The ARCHANGELS were formed in Helsinki, Finland on autumn 1998.
The original idea behind the band was to play songs made or performed by brilliant singer Scott Walker.
Soon The Archangels had many Scott's songs at their set, and the band started to sound as a band.
As was expected, The Archangels started to write their own material without forgetting, what was learned by playing old Scott Walker and Walker Brothers songs.
